Aim: The aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of malocclusion severity on oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) and food intake ability (FIA) in orthodontic patients. Methods: A total of 254 patients were assessed for the severity of malocclusion, OHRQoL, and FIA using standard oral health impact profile questionnaire and FIA questionnaire and their grades of malocclusion were assessed using the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need- Dental Health Component Index.
